Up Front Estimates:

NDL provides Up Front “Good Faith” Estimates of all Labor and Material charges based on customer requirements and current material prices. Estimates are customarily good for a period of 30 days.

Material Selection & Delivery:

NDL selects the highest quality materials and technology to ensure the desired end result of each project design. NDL material supply partners have been carefully selected based on their ability to provide a wide variety of quality materials. NDL also utilizes the latest in water-flow technology to ensure that all NDL water features provide NDL customers with many years of problem-free operation.

Landscape Design:

Selecting the proper plants, trees, and perennials for each landscape setting is crucial to the success of the overall  project.  Consideration must be given to elements such as size, sunlight requirements, watering requirements, site drainage, seasonal blooming characteristics, height requirements, hardiness zones, and most importantly, seasonal color.

Seasonal Maintenance:

NDL landscape designs are planned to require minimal maintenance. Through the use of perennial plants which reduce yearly replanting costs and solid foundational footings, NDL landscapes retain their initial beauty year after year.

NDL also utilizes sophisticated water filtration and bacterial balance components in all water features to help ensure algae free ponds, streams, and waterfalls. NDL also offers Seasonal Maintenance services such as Spring “Clean-up & Start-up” for water features, which includes cleaning and power washing of streams and ponds, bacterial reestablishment and operational tests.
